In 1953, Expert Polygraphist Richard O. Arther established the East's first full-time polygraph suite o­n West 57th Street. Daughter and Expert Polygraphist Catherine A. Arther joined him in 1985. In addition to the confidential administration of polygraph for defense attorneys our office has trained over 1800 polygraph experts, including members of the New Jersey Prosecutors Offices.
